Shipping

My items are packed with care in packaging suitable for gifting. I typically ship items within two business days after placing your order. All orders ship via Australia Post standard small parcel shipping (domestic and international) with tracking. You will receive an email to the email address used on your order with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Please note: you are responsible for any import taxes for your country calculated at customs.

FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country are accepted.

How do I measure my ring size?
If you are unsure about your ring size, your nearest local jeweller can measure your finger and inform which ring size is suitable for your finger.

Where do you ship to?
I ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada.

Can I combine items from your Etsy shop and this shop into one parcel and save on shipping?
Yes! If you find items at https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/SoulStonesAustralia and on here you wish to combine into one parcel, please contact me with the URLs of the products you wish to buy and I will be able to create a custom listing for you to purchase, so you only pay one shipping fee for the whole order.

 

Returns

I am committed to customer satisfaction. If you've received something in error or something damaged, please contact me.

You may return items within 14 business days after delivery of your purchase (based on tracking delivery information). If you believe an item arrived damaged, please contact me. If an item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, Soul Stones Australia will cover all shipping charges to resolve the issue. All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent and in their original packaging.

If an order is received back due to a refused or incorrect address, you will receive a refund on the item price only - the shipping will have occurred and therefore cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the item has been received back by Soul Stones Australia to the same form of payment you used for your original purchase.
